Instead of wealth and military might, he arrives in humility, welcomed by ordinary people—the poor, the hungry, the hopeful. The crowd responds with joy, laying down cloaks and waving palm branches as they shout “Hosanna.” As we place ourselves in that crowd during Holy Week, we’re invited to ask: how will the good news move us, and how will we live out Jesus’ teachings today?
