On Sunday, April 28 at a special congregational meeting at both Atonement and Cross of Glory the following welcoming statement was approved to be added to the constitution of each respective church:

C4.01.01: The congregation of Cross of Glory Lutheran Church/Atonement Lutheran Church invites all to worship with us and to celebrate God’s love. Just as Jesus welcomed all, we welcome people of all races, cultures, ages, abilities, gender identities and expressions, sexual orientations, and anything that too often divides us. We commit to the work, known and unknown, of diversity, inclusivity, racial equity, and the preservation of God’s beautiful creation. We recognize that we are children of God, made in God’s image. We strive to respect each other, care for each other, and love one another as God loves us. With you here, we are closer to where God is calling us to be.
